About Us:

What You’ll Do:
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including matching, batching, and coding invoices.
• Verify and post details of business transactions, including funds received and disbursed.
• Monitor banking activity and promptly identify and report discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain well-organized financial records, both electronic and physical.
• Support the all department with additional accounting projects and administrative tasks as needed—your flexibility and willingness to help are valued.
What You’ll Need:
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
• A high level of integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
The Details:
• Full time employment available, part time possible
• Monday thru Friday with flexible schedule
