SHIPPING

We offer shipping via UPS or Common Carrier.  Orders will be charged actual shipping cost from point of origin to customer location.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY

The Pool & Spa House  does not guarantee delivery in a specific period of time.  We will advise you of the normal delivery time as a courtesy.  This time will vary with season & location.  A specific delivery date is not guaranteed.  

DELAYED OR SLOW DELIVERY

If your order is taking longer than you expect to be delivered you can do the following: 
  • UPS delivery   -   call us for a tracking number.  With this number, UPS can tell you where the package is & when to expect it.
  • Common Carrier   -   call us for a pro number & carrier contact information.   With this number, the carrier can tell you where the shipment is & when to expect it.

LOSS OR DAMAGED IN DELIVERY

Our delivery charges include a delivery guarantee.   This means that if your order gets to you in poor condition or if it doesn't get to you at all, it's not your problem, it's ours.  The Pool & spa House will take care of it.   Just let us know promptly.   Please help us resolve the issue by observing the following:
  • Damage or loss claims are not acceptable beyond 30 days following shipment.
  • Save the damaged goods & packaging material.  The shipper may request to see it before honoring any insurance claim we make.

Do not accept an obviously damaged package.  Refuse it & notify us that you have done so.  The Pool & Spa House will replace the order immediately.   We will re-ship missing UPS packages after 2 weeks.

PRICE CHANGES

The Pool & Spa House sources products from many quality suppliers.  Any of them can change a price at any time.  When this happens, our prices must be adjusted accordingly.  Prices presented on our website will be honored at the time of your order.  Prices may change at any time.  Previous prices will not be honored on future orders.
