pH INCREASER
Low pH can damage spa surfaces and equipment and leave you feeling itchy. Get your pH in balance with SpaGuard® pH Increaser, a spa-approved product to raise pH that won't add other byproducts to your pristine spa.
- Granular sodium carbonate
- Raises pH and can increase total alkalinity slightly
- Helps prevent corrosion of metal equipment
Available sizes: 18oz
- 100% sodium carbonate
- If pH drops below 7.2, add pH Increaser with circulation running but aeration off.
- Determine amount by performing an alkali demand test in a BioGuard test kit.
- Do not add more than 1 oz. per 500 gallons at a time.
- Retest pH and adjust if necessary.
- If controlling the pH is a continual problem, test for total alkalinity and adjust as necessary.
