Size: quart
- 40% quaternary ammonium based algicide
- pH = approx. 7.5
Application Instructions:
- Adjust pH to between 7.2-7.6.
- Adjust chlorine residual to 1-4ppm.
- For initial application, pour 32 ounces of Back Up per 25,000 gallons directly into the pool.
- For weekly maintenance application, pour 1 ounce per 5,000 gallons directly into the pool.
- Following heavy rain showers, add an additional 1 ounce per 5,000 gallons of water.
Vacation Treatment:
- Add 4 ounces of Back Up per 5,000 gallons for every week the pool will be unattended.
- Pour product around the edges of the shallow end if shock is also being applied in the deep end.
NOTE: Back Up may foam & therefore should not be used for spa treatment or in pools with attached spas, fountains or water features.
